Mr. Fasheh’ s experience extends over (40) years of professional service during which he worked in the audit, taxation, company’s registration and incorporation and consulting field. He provided financial and management consulting services to numerous companies in Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, UK and Switzerland. Mr. Fasheh has also participated in numerous audits and financial consulting in a wide variety of business fields such as manufacturing, insurance, hotels, hospitals, non-profit organizations, governmental institutions, construction, agriculture, trading, services and others.
Mr. Fasheh’ s duties are detailed below:
- Supervising consulting teams in charge of establishing accounting systems of many companies.
- Establishing the audit objectives and overall scope and prepare the risk assessment for each assignment in order to decide the audit strategy.
- Supervising the various stages of the audit (planning, coordination, control and review) of numerous companies in Jordan and abroad.
- Preparing the financial assessment reports, review and finalize the financial systems and work in the field for all financial consulting assignments.
- Ensuring that the audit team receives adequate supervision and on-the-job training.
- Ensuring that the appropriate work of the office specialists, including computer and tax auditors.
- Ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency according to the firm’s and the professional standards.
- Ensuring appropriate coordination and exchange of information with tax and other personnel involved with the audit or client.
- Obtaining all required and other appropriate legal and client representation letters.
- Submitting a complete engagement for review. Discussing with the engagement reviewer any unusual or significant accounting, auditing or reporting issues.
- Communicating, in writing, with the clients on any noteworthy reportable conditions.
- Designing and delivering training to in-house staff as well as to external trainees in the fields of accounting, auditing, internal audit, taxation, company’s law and planning.
Mr. Fasheh is a Jordanian Certified Public Accountant since 1984, License # (395). Mr. Fasheh earned the Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Jordan in 1981.
Mr. Fasheh is a member in the Jordan Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fasheh held the position of Head of Financial Committee at the Jordanian Society of Certified Public Accountant for more than 10 years; also held the position of Honorary Secretary for more than 14 investigation committees at the Jordanian Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Maher H. Jum’a
JCPA \ Senior Financial Consultant
Mr. Jum’a’ s experience extends over (30) years during which he worked as an auditor, consultant and financial manager. He supervised development & installation of several financial systems.
Mr. Jum’a’ s responsibilities consist of the following:
- Supervising the various stages of the audit (planning, coordination, control and review) of numerous companies in Jordan and abroad.
- Preparing the financial assessment reports, review and finalize the financial systems and work in the field for all financial consulting assignments.
- Ensuring that the audit team receives adequate supervision and on-the-job training.

Mr. Jum’a has a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University (1986) and MBA in Accounting from the University of Jordan (1989).

- He is a Jordanian Certified Public Accountant (JCPA) since 1989 License # (535).
