Our quality policy starts with the highly qualified employees that we hired and the continuing education programs we give them (40 hours on yearly basis). In addition to the support we were getting it from SC International, which was providing us with everything new in the field of consultancy, audit, information technology and intellectual property. It is our firm’s policy to ensure that personnel will have the knowledge required enabling them to fulfill responsibilities assigned.
The firm offers various professional and educational programs to appropriate staff to enable them to develop their professional skills and obtained recognized professional qualifications.
The firm recognizes that on-the-job training accounts for a significant part of professional development.
During any assignment a quality assurance program implemented by a quality assurance and control manager is adopted to ensure that the work is done on the right basis, according to client’s needs, as per the scope of work and with no mistakes.
The quality control is carried out on the milestones of any assignment where the Q.C. and Q.A. manager assess the assignment using an assessment report. The report contains a summary of self-assessment, assessment of work done, current assignment status, remaining work to be done and proposed changes to plan.
Each level of our staff (junior, semi senior, senior and manager) assures the quality of work of the lower level by an evaluation form according to a review system, which is available in order to have a well-controlled supervision management.
